How to make rajma sundal
Ingredients
Rajma-1 cupMustard seeds-1 tsp
Urud dhal-1 tsp
Asafetida a pinch
Curry leaves and coriander leaves few
Salt to taste
Oil- 1 tsp
For Masala-
Grated coconut-1 tbspGreen chillies-3
Ginger-1 inch piece
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Method
Soak the rajma overnight.Pressure cook it along with salt for 3 whistles,drain the water and set aside.
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds,urud dhal,asafetida,curry leaves and allow it to splutter.
Add the cooked rajma,followed by the powdered mixture saute for a minute.check for salt.Garnish and Serve.
