Mochai kottai Sundal

Mochai kottai Sundal is a healthy delicious Sundal variety made during Navratri festival. For this recipe the dried mochai kottai (also known as Field beans in English) is washed and soaked overnight, then the next day it is pressure cooked along with salt and required water for 3 whistles and the water is drained. Now a basic tempering is given and the cooked field beans is sautéed along with a special coconut powder for few minutes and then garnished with fresh coriander leaves and served.
