Ingredients
Raw mango-1 cup diced to small cubes with skin
Redchilly powder-3 tsps
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Gingelly oil-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Asafetida a pinch
Method
In a mixing bowl add the mangoes, red chilly powder, salt mix well.
Heat gingelly oil a small pan add mustard seeds, asafetida allow it to splutter, pour this hot oil over the mangai mixture.
Mix everything well.
Serve.
