Ingredients
Flattened Rice (aval/poha)-1 cup
Curd -1 cup or as required (slightly whisked)
Cucumber -1/2 cup chopped
Grated coconut -1-2 tbsps
Grated coconut -1-2 tbsps
Ginger -1 inch piece
Green chillies- 1 no finely chopped
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Urad dal-1/2 Tsp
Bengal gram dhal -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 Tsp
Ghee -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

Method
👉Wash the poha gently , add slightly warm water and soak for 10 mins. Drain the water completely and set the poha aside in a mixing bowl.
👉To this add slightly whipped curd, cucumber, grated coconut, salt, sugar, green chillies and ginger mix well. Heat ghee in a tadka pan add mustard seeds, urad dal, bengal gram dal, cumin seeds and curry leaves and allow it to splutter, add this tempering to the poha mixture, combine well.Garnish and serve.
