Ingredients
Full fat milk -1 litreJaggery syrup -1/4 cup
Ghee -1 tsp
Cardamom powder - a pinch(optional)

Method
👉Heat a pan add jaggery and 1/4 cup water to dissolve it.Bring to a boil remove from fire and strain the syrup to discard impurities.set aside and allow it to cool.👉Now in a heavy bottom kadai / vessel pour milk allow it to boil in medium flame until it reduces to 1/4 of its quantity.keep stirring in-between and scrape the sides to the kadai for milk solids sticking on the sides.It takes around 45 mins to reduce .
👉Once all the water from the milk evaporates add cardamom powder and 1/4 cup of jaggery syrup mix well.
👉Once all the moisture is absorbed the bubbling will stop and the mixture will form a mass.This is the perfect consistency to remove from fire.
