Ingredients

Ripe mango(any variety)-1 1/2 cups (diced to cubes with skin)
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
 Salt to taste
Curd-1/2 cup slightly whipped
Coconut oil-2 tbsps
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Fenugreek-1/4 tsp
Red chillies-2 nos

GRIND TOGETHER-

Grated coconut-4 tbsps
Green chillies-2 nos
Cumin seeds-1 tsp

Method

Heat  coconut oil in a kadai add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, fenugreek,red chillies ,curry leaves and allow it to splutter.
Now add the ripe mangoes ,red chilly powder, turmeric powder ,little water and cook the mangoes until they become soft.




Now add the paste and salt mix well boil for 2 minutes.
Finally add the whipped curd and immediately off the gas.



Serve hot.

Serves-4

Note 
Coconut oil is a must.

Mango pulp-1 cup
Milkmaid-1/2 cup

Method

In a mixing bowl mix all the given ingredients well.Whisk them briskly for 2 minutes.
Transfer it to a ice cream tray or container.


Cover it with aluminium foil.
Freeze it for 6-8 hours.
After 3 hours or when the ice cream is semi set take it out of the freezer , put it in a mixie blend it using the whip or pulse button.
Again pour it back into the container cover with foil and again freeze it.
Enjoy your home made healthy and tasty ice cream.

Mango-1 no (any variety)
Lemon juice-1/4 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Water-2 cups

Method

Wash and scrape the outer skin of the mango,cut into  cubes ,blend it to a paste in a mixie and set aside.
Now in a bowl add the mango puree,sugar and lemon juice mix well and then add 2 cups of water and dilute it.
Adjust the flavour according to your taste preferences.
Serve in a glass with ice cubes.

Cooked rice -1 cup
Raw Mango -1/2 cup shredded
Salt-to taste
Oil-2 tsps
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Urud dhal-1 tsp
Bengal gram dhal-1 tsp
Cashews-few
Red chillies-2 nos

GRIND TOGETHER-

Green chillies-2 nos
Ginger-1 inch piece

Method

Heat oil in a kadai or pan add mustard seeds,urud dhal,bengal gram dhal,red chillies,cashews and fry until they are golden brown colour.
Now add the green chilly paste , turmeric powder and saute for a minute.



Next add the grated raw mango and cook until its soft .


Add cooked rice to the mixture and mix everything together well



Garnish with fresh coriander leaves serve.

Serves -4

Note -
The rice should be soft but each grain should be separate.
