Mango Salad | Mango Salsa 


Mango salad or mango salsa recipe

Mango salad is a refreshing, healthy and tasty salad variety made with mangoes and veggies.


Ingredients

Ripe Mango(any variety)-1 cup (diced to small cubes without skin)
Onion -2 nos chopped
Tomato-2 nos chopped
Carrot -1/2 cup chopped
Coriander/Mint leaves few
Salt-to taste
Green chillies-2 nos finely chopped
Lemon juice-1 tbsp


Method

👉In a mixing bowl add the chopped mangoes,carrot, tomatoes ,onions and green chillies,salt and lemon juice mix everything well.




👉Garnish with coriander or mint leaves and serve immediately.

Preparation Time-15 minutes 
Serves-2

Note-

✍️You can add capsicums,sprouts,boiled sweet corn ,a pinch of chat masala too.
