Baby Corn Potato And Peas In Curd Gravy
Ingredients
Baby corn-10 nos chopped to 1 inch piecePotato-2 nos diced to cubes without skin
Peas-1/2 cup
Onion-2 nos chopped
Curd- 1/2 cup slightly whipped
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Jeera powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tsp
Coriander leaves few
Method
👉Pressure cook the baby corn, potatoes and peas and required water for 3 whistles set aside along with the water.👉In a bowl add curd,chilly powder, turmeric powder ,ginger garlic paste,jeera powder,garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
👉Heat oil in a kadai saute the onions till they become transparent ,then add curd mixture and cook until the oil seperates on top and raw smell goes, now add the cooked vegetables and cook it until the gravy thickens.
👉Check for salt. Garnish and serve hot with chappati,poori ,dosa, jeera pulov etc.
