Badam-1/2 cup

Walnut -1/2 cup

Cashews-1/2 cup

Peanut -1/2 cup

Pista-1/4 cup

Method

👉In a pan dry roast the nuts and seeds separately until light golden brown and fragnant in medium flame, cool completely, grind to powder.

👉Add jaggery and grind again until well combined.

👉Transfer to a plate, add warm ghee mix well and roll to lemon sized ladoos. Store in airtight container.

Note-

✍️ You can use these ingredients to prepare a protein drink. Just pulse the nuts and seeds while grinding, taking care not to overheat the mixer, as this can cause them to release oil and become sticky. Skip jaggery use rock sugar candy (Kalkandu)for sweetness if needed.Grind to a fine powder, let it cool completely, and store in an airtight container. To make your protein drink, simply add 1-2 teaspoons of this homemade plant-based protein powder to warm milk or hot water and enjoy!
