Desiccated coconut-1 1/2-2 cups
Condensed milk-1/2 cup
Milk powder-1/2 cup
Milk-1 Tbsp
Cardamom powder-1/4 Tsp
Ghee -1- 2 Tsps
For Filling -
Pista, badam, cashews, dates - finely chopped or coarsely ground-1/2 -3/4 cup

Method
👉 Combine desiccated coconut, condensed milk, and milk powder, cardamom powder and milk to form a dough.
👉Prepare the dry fruits filling by mixing finely chopped or coarsely ground pistachios, almonds, cashews, and dates.
👉Grease the Modak mould with ghee , fill the mould with lemon sized dough and make a pit in the centre now fill with the dry fruits stuffing cover the base and shape into Kozhukattai or Modak.
