Ingredients
Peanuts-1/2 cup
Onion -1 no
Garlic-4 nos
Urad dal-1 tsp
Red chilli -6 nos
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Grated coconut -1-2 tbsps
Tamarind-a small gooseberry sized
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds -1/4 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Red chilli -1 no
Curry leaves few
Oil-1-2 tsps

Method
👉Heat oil in a pan add urad dal sauté until golden brown, add garlic, onions, red chillies, cumin seeds and tamarind and sauté well and transfer to mixie jar.
👉In the same pan dry roast peanuts until golden brown colour and aromatic.
👉Next add grated coconut and sauté for few seconds and transfer to mixie jar and cool.
👉Add required salt and water and grind to fine paste.
👉Add a tempering of mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves in oil and add to the peanut Chutney and mix well.
👉Enjoy with idli, dosa etc..
