Ingredients 

Cucumber-1 no (skin removed and chopped )
Ginger-1 -2 inch piece 
Mint leaves- handful 
Sugar or honey-1/4 cup or according to taste
Lemon juice-1/2 cup or according to taste

Method 

👉In a blender jar add the chopped cucumber, ginger, mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice and grind well and strain the juice and transfer to bowl.


👉Add required water and mix well, adjust according to taste preferences.Refrigerate for 1/2 hour if needed.



👉In a glass tumbler or mason jar add ice cubes, mint leaves, thin cucumber slices and pour the juice.
