Ingredients
For Masala
Cinnamon -2 nos
Cloves-3-4 nos
Cardamom -2 nos
Fennel Seeds -1 tsp
Onion -1 no
Ginger-1 inch piece
Garlic -4 nos
Green chillies -4-6 nos
Coriander leaves-handful
Mint leaves -handful
Grated coconut -2 tbsps
Oil-1 tsp
Other Ingredients
Basmati rice-1 cup
Onion -2 nos
Tomato-1 no
Carrot-1/2 cup
Beans-1/2 cup
Potato-1 no
Green peas-1/4 cup
Cinnamon -1 no
Cloves -2 nos
Cardamom -1 no
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Star anise-1 no
Marathi moggu-1 no
Bay leaf-1
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves -few
Mint leaves-few

Method
For Masala Paste
👉Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds, onion, ginger, garlic saute well.Next add mint and coriander leaves and sauté for a minute.Finally add coconut sauté for few seconds, switch off the gas.
👉Transfer to mixie jar and allow the mixture to cool and add little water and grind it fine paste, set aside.
For Making rice bath
👉Wash and soak the basmati rice for 15 minutes.(Note- you can use raw rice too)
👉In a pressure cooker heat ghee and oil , add whole garam masala spices, jeera allow it to splutter.
👉Add onion sauté well.
👉Add tomatoes cook until mushy.
👉Add all the vegetables sauté for 2-4 minutes.
👉Add few chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
👉Add the ground masala paste mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.
👉Add the basmati rice after draining the water, mix everything together gently.
👉Add required salt and mix well.
👉Now add 1 &1/2 or 1 &3/4 cups of water mix everything well and bring to a boil.
👉Close the cooker with lid, keep in medium flame and put on weight and cook for 15-20 minutes without whistle and switch off the gas and allow the pressure to release naturally.
👉Now open the cooker and mix the rice bath gently.
👉Serve hot .
