 There are few tips to follow while making this recipe :
✍️use nylon Sabudana for better taste and crunch instead of regular sago.
✍️Make sure you fry the sago in medium flame patiently until it puffs up and becomes crunchy. 
✍️Keep a steel strainer on top of the oil for easy frying. ✍️Keep all the ingredients ready before starting.
✍️You can add fried coconut pieces too.

Ingredients 

Nylon Sabudana-1 cup
Thick Poha-1/2 cup
Peanuts-1/2 cup
Cashews-1/4 cup
Red chilli powder-1//4-1/2 tsp 
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 
Asafoetida-1/4 Tsp 
Salt to taste
Curry leaves few
Oil for deep frying

Method 

👉Keep all the ingredients measured and ready.
👉Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying, once the oil is hot slow the flame to medium.
👉Keep a big steel strainer on top of the oil for easy frying.


👉Fry the Sabudana in medium flame until it puffs up completely and becomes crunchy, drain from oil.




👉Next fry the Poha until it puffs up, drain from oil and set aside.



👉Fry the peanuts, cashews and curry leaves one by one and drain from oil and set aside.




👉Transfer all the fried ingredients to a mixing bowl.


👉Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt mix everything well.









👉Store in a airtight container when completely cooled.
