Urad Dal Laddu | Ulundu Ladoo
Ingredients
Urad dal-1 cup
Powdered Sugar-3/4 cup-1 cup
Cardamom powder -2 nos
Ghee-1/2 cup or as required

Method
👉Dry roast the urad dal in medium flame until golden brown colour. Transfer to a plate and allow it to cool down until slightly warm.
👉Powder finely set aside.
👉Powder the sugar along with cardamom and set aside.
👉Heat ghee and keep it ready.
👉In a plate or a mixing bowl add powdered urad dal, powdered sugar and mix well.

👉Now add hot ghee little by little as needed until you can hold the mixture together.
👉Now make lemon sized ladoos . Garnish with saffron , cashews etc. and enjoy.
👉Store in a airtight container.
Note -
✍️You can add jaggery instead of sugar.
✍️You can use whole black urad dal too for this recipe .

Yield -10-12 ladoos depending on size.
