Ragi kara pidi Kozhukattai

Ragi kara pidi kozhukattai (pronounced kolukattai) is a delicious, healthy, and savoury version of our traditional kozhukattai made with millet ragi. It is a very simple recipe, and
instead of using regular processed rice flour to make kozhukattai or modak for Ganesh Chaturthi, we use ragi flour to make the dough, which is mixed with tempering and then steamed.Another version of this kolukattai is ragi sweet kolukattai where we add jaggery syrup and make kolukattais.
