Oats and dry fruits ladoo is an delicious and super healthy ladoo/laddu variety made with instant oats, dry fruits and jaggery. Its very easy to make and can be done very quickly. Try this nutritious oats dry fruits ladoo for this Vinayagar Chaturthi festival.

Ingredients

Oats-1 cup heaped

Jaggery-1/2 cup

Pista-1 tsp

Badam-10-12 nos

Cashews-1 Tbsp

Dates-4-6 pieces

Sasame seeds-1 tsp

Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp

Ghee-1/4 cup or as required

Method

👉Dry roast the oats for 2-4 mins until you get nice aroma and make sure that you donot burn the oats . Transfer to mixie jar.




👉Dry roast the nuts and set aside.



👉Dry roast the sesame seeds until it pops and set aside.



👉Now along with oats,add jaggery and dates and grind to a powder and transfer this to a mixing bowl.


👉Next coarsely powder the nuts and add it to the oats mixture.


👉Add sesame seeds and cardamom powder and mix everything well.


👉Add warm ghee little by little and combine everything well.



👉Make ladoos while still warm.

  

👉Allow the ladoos to cool down completely and then store in an airtight container.


Preparation Time-30 mins

Yield -10-12 ladoos


Note-

✍️You can use warm milk to make ladoos and reduce the amount of ghee.

✍️You can add flaxseeds too.
