Oats Dry Fruits Ladoo
Ingredients
Jaggery-1/2 cup
Pista-1 tsp
Badam-10-12 nos
Dates-4-6 pieces
Sasame seeds-1 tsp
Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Ghee-1/4 cup or as required

Method
👉Dry roast the oats for 2-4 mins until you get nice aroma and make sure that you donot burn the oats . Transfer to mixie jar.
👉Dry roast the nuts and set aside.
👉Dry roast the sesame seeds until it pops and set aside.
👉Now along with oats,add jaggery and dates and grind to a powder and transfer this to a mixing bowl.
👉Next coarsely powder the nuts and add it to the oats mixture.
👉Add sesame seeds and cardamom powder and mix everything well.
👉Add warm ghee little by little and combine everything well.
👉Make ladoos while still warm.
👉Allow the ladoos to cool down completely and then store in an airtight container.

Yield -10-12 ladoos
Note-
✍️You can use warm milk to make ladoos and reduce the amount of ghee.
✍️You can add flaxseeds too.
