This paneer 65 recipe is a yummy, spicy, crispy crunchy starter made with cottage cheese (paneer) which is marinated in special batter and deep fried.Its a very easy recipe and can be prepared quickly

Paneer-250 gms
Corn flour -3 Tbsps
Rice flour-2 Tbsps
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp 
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder or amchur -1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Green chillies-2 nos slit lengthwise
Oil for deep frying

👉In a mixing bowl add corn flour,rice flour,red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala powder,amchur powder, pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,salt and lemon juice mix well.

👉Add the paneer pieces.

👉Sprinkle water little by little and coat the mixture on the paneer making sure that all paneer pieces are evenly coated with batter.Close with lid and marinate for 1/2 -1 hour.

👉Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying once the oil is hot keep in medium flame and drop in the marinated paneer pieces one by one gently.Cook in batches make sure you don't over crowd the paneer pieces in oil .

👉Cook in medium flame for 2-4 mins until you get nice golden brown colour.Do not over cook the paneer as it tends to become rubbery.Remove from fire transfer the paneer pieces on to a tissue paper to drain excess oil.

👉In the same oil deep fry green chillies and curry leaves and add it to the paneer .

👉Serve hot immediately with tomato sauce.

Preparation Time -For marination 1/2-1 hour 
Cooking time -15 mins
