Ingredients

Carrot- 3-4 nos (peel,boil n grate)
Cooked Rice -1 1/2 cups 
Onion-2 nos chopped fine
Cinnamon-2 sticks
Cloves-4 nos
Cardamom-1 no
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tbsp
Roasted peanut powder-1 Tbsp

Masala powder-(Dry roast and powder it)

Coriander seeds-2 tbsps
Cumin seeds( jeera)-1 tsp
Red chillies-6-8 nos
Grated coconut-2 tbsps

Method

👉Wash and scrape the outer skin of the carrots and boil it in hot water for 5-10 mins.Cool and grate it.set aside.

👉Roast the ingredients given under masala in 1 tsp oil and powder it coarsely.Set aside.

👉Heat oil in a kadai add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom,onions and fry well.


👉Add the grated carrot saute well till raw smell goes, next add cooked rice, masala powder and salt mix everything well.





👉Finally add roasted peanut powder mix well.

👉Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot .

✍️I have used raw rice you can use basmati rice or seeraga samba rice too .
