Ingredients
Sago (Tapioca pearls)-1 cupPowdered sugar-1/2 cup
Ghee-1/4 cup
Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Badam and cashews- few chopped

Method
👉Dry roast the sago in medium flame until it swells ,becomes crunchy and changes colour lightly.It takes around 15 -20 mins to do this step and is very important you do it patiently.👉Allow the sago to cool and then powder it finely ,you can sieve it if you want .set aside.
👉Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai add chopped nuts and saute until you get a nice golden colour.
👉Add the powdered sago mix well, continue to saute for 2-4mins in medium flame until raw smell goes .add ghee little by little and mix well.
👉Add cardamom powder mix well
👉Finally add the powdered sugar mix everything well.and saute for another 2-4 mins.
👉Remove from fire and allow it to cool a bit.
👉While still warm make small lemon sized ladoos.
Preparation Time-30 mins
Yield -12-14 ladoos
Note
✍️You can add desiccated coconut and nutmeg powder if you like while sauteeing for extra flavour.
