Kodo Millet Kara Boondi, varagu arisi kara boondi

Kodo Millet Kara Boondi or varagu arisi kara boondi is a delicious and healthy diwali snack that can be made in a jiffy. For this recipe I
have used store bought kodo millet flour .Make sure that you sift the flour before using. First time when I tried this recipe I used 1 cup kodo Millet flour and only 1/2 cup besan flour but I felt that in this ratio the Kara boondi was bit hard so I increased the ratio to 1 and 3 /4 it came out well, you can even use 1:1 ratio of millet flour and besan flour .
