Ingredients
Leftover idlis -8-10 nos cut to cubesOnion-1 no chopped fine
Tomato-1 no chopped fine
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Green chillies -2 nos chopped
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Dhaniya powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
Jeera powder -1/4 tsp
Salt a pinch
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves and coriander leaves few
Oil -1 tbsp
Method
👉Cut the leftover idlis into cubes.
👉Add onions sauté until translucent.
👉Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds.
👉Next add tomato and cook until mushy.
👉Add all powders and a pinch of salt mix well .
👉Now add the chopped idlis and combine everything gently and cook for 2-4 mins.
👉Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

✍️You can deep fry the idlis for few seconds until light golden brown and use .✍️You can add veggies like carrot,capsicum,peas etc to this recipe too.
✍️You can add soy sauce along with the masala if you like .
✍️You can add 1 tsp lemon juice too.
