Ingredients
Sago (Tapioca pearls)-1 cupPowdered sugar-1/2 cup
Ghee-1/4 cup
Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Badam and cashews- few chopped

Method
1.Dry roast the sago in medium flame until it swells ,becomes crunchy and changes colour lightly.It takes around 15 -20 mins to do this step and is very important you do it patiently.2.Allow the sago to cool and then powder it finely ,you can sieve it if you want .set aside.
3.Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai add chopped nuts and saute until you get a nice golden colour.
4.Add the powdered sago mix well, continue to saute for 2-4mins in medium flame until raw smell goes .add ghee little by little and mix well.
5.Add cardamom powder mix well
6.Finally add the powdered sugar mix everything well.and saute for another 2-4 mins.
7.Remove from fire and allow it to cool a bit.
8.While still warm make small lemon sized ladoos.
Preparation Time-30 mins
Yield -12-14 ladoos

Chana(chickpeas)-1 cup washed and soaked overnightTurmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Homemade sundal powder -2 tsps
Grated coconut -1 -2 tbsps
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Urad dal -1 tsp
Ginger -1 tsp finely chopped
Red chillies -2 nos broken
Asafetida a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil -2 tsps

Method
👉Wash and soak the chana overnight.Drain the water completely and add fresh water,turmeric powder ,salt and pressure cook for 3 whistles.Drain the water and set the cooked chana aside.👉Meanwhile heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, urad dal,red chillies,curry leaves, ginger and saute well.
👉Add the cooked chana mix everything well.Add salt if needed.
👉Add the sundal podi mix well.
👉Finally add grated coconut mix gently.
👉Remove from fire,serve hot.
