Dates and dry fruits ladoo recipe (sugar free)
Ingredients
Seedless dates- 200 gms
Chopped Mixed dry fruits (badam,pista,cashews) -100gms
Ghee -1 tbsp
Roasted Poppy seeds(khus khus)-1 tbsp +1tbsp (for garnishing)
Method
👉Again in the same kadai add rest of the ghee, add the ground dates cook for 2-4 mins by mashing it well until it becomes soft.
👉Remove from fire and allow it to cool a bit.
👉While still warm make ladoos , roll them lightly in remaining 1 tbsp poppy seeds.
👉Allow the ladoos to cool down completely and then store in airtight container.

Yield - approx 15-18 ladoos.
Preparation Time -15 mins
✍️Then remove the foil and cut into 1"thick discs of the mixture and voila you'll have khajur (dates)and dry fruits burfi just like store bought.
Note-
