Want to try something unique for Ganesh chaturthi festival that is tasty and super easy to make then try this yummy tutti fruti kozhukattai for a change. You just have to use readymade tutti fruti as stuffing that's it.For the outer rice flour covering I have used sugar instead of salt for the dough for extra taste. Ingredients

Home made processed rice flour/idiyappam flour /kozhukattai flour-1 cup
Powered sugar-1 tsp
Tutti fruti-1 packet
Gingelly oil-1 tsp

Method

👉For home made processed rice flour Click here .
👉Boil water .
👉In a bowl add the rice flour, sugar , gingelly oil and hot water little by little and make a soft dough.
👉Now take lemon sized balls of the dough and slightly spread it out .
👉Keep the tutti fruti in the centre and cover it with the dough.

👉Place this in the kolukattai mould and gently press it to shape.

👉Steam it in idli cooker for 7 mins.
👉A delicious and different tutti fruti kozhukattai is ready .

Yield-10-12 nos
