Cadbury Dairy Milk Shots Kozhukattai

Cadbury dairy milk shots kozhukattai

I wanted to try a different kozhukattai variety to attract the kids.I used Cadbury dairy milk shots chocolate as stuffing which is covered with regular processed rice flour and steamed just like our regular kozhukattai varieties and to my surprise it tasted yummy.

Note-

If you are using ready made store bought idiyappam flour/kozhukattai flour always Seive it and just warm it in a kadai before using.
Make sure you close the chocolate stuffing properly or else the chocolate may ooze out while steaming.
Always cover the dough with clean moist muslin cloth to prevent drying.

Homemade Processed Rice flour/idiyappam flour/kozhukattai flour-1 cup or 250 gms
Cadbury dairy milk shots chocolate-2 packets
