Mangai pudina chutney | Raw mango mint chutney

Pudina (mint leaves)-1/2 cup
Ginger-1 inch piece
Green chillies-3 nos
Grated coconut-2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Urud dhal-1/4 tsp
👉Temper it with mustard seeds and urud dhal and serve with idli,dosa,poori,chappati etc.
Ingredients-
Grated raw mango -1 cupPudina (mint leaves)-1/2 cup
Ginger-1 inch piece
Green chillies-3 nos
Grated coconut-2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Urud dhal-1/4 tsp
Method
👉Grind all the ingredients( except mustard seeds and urud dhal) to a paste by adding very little water.👉Temper it with mustard seeds and urud dhal and serve with idli,dosa,poori,chappati etc.
Note
✍️Instead of mint you can use coriander leaves .
