Mangai pudina chutney

Mangai pudina chutney is a delicious traditional South Indian chutney variety made with raw mangoes and mint.This chutney is spicy tangy and goes very well with tiffin varieties and even rice and can be done in a jiffy.Enjoy this chutney during the mango season. Ingredients-

Grated  raw mango -1 cup
Pudina (mint leaves)-1/2 cup
Ginger-1 inch piece
Green chillies-3 nos
Grated coconut-2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Urud dhal-1/4 tsp


Method

👉Grind all the ingredients( except mustard seeds and urud dhal) to a paste by adding very little water.
👉Temper it with mustard seeds and urud dhal and serve with idli,dosa,poori,chappati etc.

Note

✍️Instead of mint you can use coriander leaves .
