Start by soaking the black channa overnight, next day drain water and transfer to a mixer jar along with rava, green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, curry leaves , coriander leaves curd required salt and water and grind to smooth batter.Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.Make dosas cook both sides until nice golden brown and serve hot.

Ingredients 


Black Chana (Black chickpeas / Karuppu Kondaikadalai )-1 cup
Rava -1/2 cup
Curd-1/2 cup
Green chillies-3 nos
Ginger -1 inch piece
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Coriander leaves-handful
Salt -1 tsp
Oil -as required

Method 


👉Wash and soak the Kala Chana overnight. Next day morning, drain the water and wash the Kala chana once again.


👉Transfer the Kala chana to mixie jar , to this add rava, green chillies , ginger, cumin seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, curd, required salt, and 3/4 cup of water, blent everything together to a smooth batter.



👉Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl adjust consistency by adding extra water if needed, set aside for 15 minutes






👉Heat Dosa Tawa and pour a ladle full of batter in it and make dosas. Cook both sides until crispy and nice, golden brown, remove from fire.









👉Repeat with rest of the batter, serve with coconut chutney, tomato chutneys, onion chutney, etc. 
👉Enjoy.
