Ingredients 

Peanut -1/2 cup

Garlic -8-10 nos 

Red chillies -8-10 nos 

Cumin seeds-1 Tsp 

Turmeric powder -1/4 Tsp 

Tamarind -a small gooseberry sized 

Salt to taste 

Asafoetida -1/4 Tsp 

Curry leaves few

Oil -1-2 Tsps

Method 

1. Firstly dry roast the peanuts in a pan until they turn golden brown and set aside to cool.



3. In the same pan, heat a Tsp of oil and roast the garlic and other spices for a minute or until fragrant.



4. Allow the peanuts and spices to cool completely.



5. Blend the mixture in a mixie until you get a coarse powder.





7. Store in an airtight container.
