Ingredients -

To Grind-

Boiled beetroot-1/4 cup
Green chillies-1 no
Ginger -1 inch piece
Mint leaves-6-8 nos 

Other ingredients-

Curd -1 cup
Salt to taste 
Roasted cumin powder -1 tsp 
Curry leaves -few
Coriander leaves -few
Cumin seeds-1 Tsp
Asafoetida-1/2 tsp 
Oil -1 tsp

Method 

👉Grind the boiled beetroot, green chilli, ginger, mint leaves to fine paste adding little water. Strain and set aside.






👉In a mixing bowl add curd and whisk well then add  ground beetroot paste, required salt, roasted cumin powder, asafoetida and mix well.








👉Add 2 cup water and mix well.



👉Add chopped coriander leaves.


👉Heat a tsp of oil in a tadka pan add cumin seeds asafoetida and curry leaves and allow it to splutter add this tempering to the buttermilk.Mix well and serve.
