Ingredients-

Bottlegourd-250 gms (skin,seeds removed and chopped randomly )

Small onions-10-15 nos (you can use big onions too)

Tomato -1-2 nos

Garlic-6 nos

Ginger-2 inch piece 

Pepper powder-1 Tsp or as per taste 

Roasted cumin powder-1/2 tsp 

Salt as per taste

Method 

👉In a pressure cooker add small onions, ginger , garlic, tomatoes, Bottlegourd and water just enough to cover the veggies.



👉Pressure cook for 3 whistles switch off the gas and allow the pressure to subside completely.



👉Now transfer the veggies alone to a mixie jar and cool a bit. 



👉Reserve the cooked water as such in the cooker itself.



👉Grind to fine paste without adding any water.



👉Transfer this paste to the reserved water in the cooker and mix well.Add extra water and adjust to desired consistency and again switch on the gas.





👉Add required salt, pepper powder and roasted cumin powder mix well and bring the soup to a boil.

  



👉Switch off the gas and serve hot.
