Peanut Chaat | Peanut Salad

This peanut Chaat recipe is a yummy, nutritious and easy to make chaat or salad variety made with boiled peanuts, veggies and spice powders.A spicy tangy Chaat variety to whip up quickly especially on a rainy day 🤤

Ingredients -

Boiled peanuts-2 cups 

Onion-1-2 nos 

Tomato-1-2 nos 

Grated carrots -1/2 cup

Grated cucumber -1/2 cup

Green chillies-2 nos

Red chilli powder -1/2 Tsp

Chaat masala-1/2-1 Tsp 

Black salt -1/4 Tsp

Salt 

Coriander leaves

Lemon juice-1 Tsp

Method 

👉Pressure cook the peanuts along with salt and water just enough to cover the peanuts for 5-6 whistles drain the water and transfer the cooked peanuts into a mixing bowl.


 

👉Then add all the other ingredients and mix everything well .




👉Serve immediately enjoy.
