Ingredients 

Fresh Curd -1 cup

Grated raw mango-1/2  cup

Red chilli powder- a pinch or as required 

Garam masala powder -1/8 Tsp or as required 

Roasted cumin powder -1/8 Tsp or as required 

Salt to taste 

Coriander leaves few chopped fine

Method 

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients mix well and serve immediately.




Note-

👉Always use only fresh or slightly sour curd.

👉Add chat masala and freshly chopped mint leaves for extra flavour and zest.
