Raw mango raita is a delicious, refreshing, tangy and easy-to-prepare traditional raita or pachadi variety made with grated raw mango, fresh curd and spice powders. It is a must-have recipe during the mango season. This raw mango raita can be had along with mixed rice varieties, chapati etc. or savoured as such itself. Ingredients 

Fresh Curd -1 cup

Grated raw mango-1/2  cup

Red chilli powder- a pinch or as required 

Garam masala powder -1/8 Tsp or as required 

Roasted cumin powder -1/8 Tsp or as required 

Salt to taste 

Coriander leaves few chopped fine

Method 

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients mix well and serve immediately.




Note-

👉Always use only fresh or slightly sour curd.

👉Add chat masala and freshly chopped mint leaves for extra flavour and zest.
