Ingredients
For Masala
Cumin seeds -1 Tsp
Ginger-1 inch piece
Green chillies -3-4 nos
Toor dal -1 Tbsp
Grated coconut-2 Tbsps
Other ingredients
Drumsticks -1 no
Curd -2 cups
Turmeric powder-1/2 Tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 Tsp
Fenugreek seeds -1/4 Tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves few
Asafoetida -1/4 Tsp
Oil-1 Tsp

Method
👉Grind the ingredients given under For Masala to a fine paste adding very little water.
👉In a mixing bowl add curd , turmeric powder and 1/4 cup water and whisk lightly set aside .
👉Pressure cook the drumsticks adding just enough water to cover it for 2 whistles set aside.
👉Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds red chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida and allow it to splutter.
👉Add the ground paste along with little water and sauté for a minute in medium flame.
👉Add the drumsticks along with the cooked water mix well.
👉Add required salt mix well.
👉Finally add the whipped curd and 1/2 cup water mix well and bring to a boil until frothy immediately switch off the gas.
