Ingredients
Cauliflower -1 no
Peas-1/2 cup
Onion-2 nos
Garlic-4 cloves
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-3/4 -1 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsps
Garam masala-1/4 tsp
Coconut milk-1 cup
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Curry leaves and coriander leaves few

Method
👉Cut the cauliflower into medium sized florets check, clean and wash well.
👉Heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin seeds,curry leaves and allow it to splutter. Add onion,garlic and saute for 2 mins.
👉Add cleaned cauliflower florets and peas.
👉Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
👉Add the coconut milk and 1/4 cup water and mix everything well.
👉Pressure cook for just 1 whistle, switch off the gas and allow the pressure to subside.
👉Open the cooker and again switch on the gas.
👉Allow the gravy to boil to desired consistency.Note - You can make this as gravy by adding extra water or serve it as dry curry or semi gravy.
👉 Finally add garam masala mix well.
👉Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati, poori,dosa, peas pulov,plain rice,sambar,rasam or curd rice.
