Method

👉Grind the ingredients given under For masala  coarsely without adding water.

👉Pressure cook the radish adding 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 cup water for 2 whistles. If the water is more drain it and use in rasam,if it is negligible you can use it along with radish while sauteeing.

👉Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and allow it to splutter.

👉Add the onions and saute well.

👉Add the ground masala and saute in medium flame for 1 or 2 mins.

👉Add the peas and cooked radish , required salt and mix everything well.

👉Continue to saute for 5 mins .

👉Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Preparation Time-30 mins
Serves-4-5

Note-
If you are using fresh peas cook it along with the radish in pressure cooker. Frozen can be added as such while sauteeing .
I have used very little water for cooking the radish and water leftover was very less and so I have used it along with the radish while sauteeing. If water is more strain the water and use it in rasam or drink as soup.
