Peanut Jaggery Ladoo / Groundnut laddu

Peanut jaggery ladoo is an yummy and nutritious protein rich ladoo variety. It is a very simple and traditional recipe. It is made with just three major ingredients like peanuts,jaggery and sesame seeds. We don't add ghee for this ladoo as the fats in peanuts are enough.This ladoo can stored in room for 2 weeks and stays good for more 20 days if refrigerated and handled carefully.Check out how to make this delicious groundnut ladoo recipe below.


Peanut-1 cup
Powered jaggery-3/4 cup
Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Roasted white sesame seeds (til)/ellu -1-2 Tbsps

1.Dry roast the peanuts in medium flame until it changes colour.

2.Transfer to mixie jar and cool a bit. While still warm powder the peanuts first before adding other ingredients.

3.Next add the powdered jaggery and cardamom powder and powder everything well together. Check if you can make balls and it holds its shape that's the perfect consistency if not grind again.

4.Now transfer the mixture to a plate .

5.Add roasted white sesame seeds mix well.

6.While the mixture is still warm make ladoos immediately.

7.Allow it to cool down completely then store in airtight container.

8.Enjoy an delicious and healthy peanut jaggery ladoo .
