Ingredients
Ghee -2 tbsps
For masala-
Onion-2 nos chopped fineTomato-2 nos chopped fine
Carrot -2 nos grated
Capsicum- 1/2 cup chopped fine
Green chillies -2 nos chopped fine
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Chat masala-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Oil -1 tbsp
Coriander leaves and curry leaves few
Method
👉Heat oil in kadai add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves, green chillies allow it to crackle.👉Add onions sauté well.
👉Add tomatoes cook well.
👉Add the carrots sauté well.
👉Add the capsicum and cook until 3/4 th done .
👉Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,chat masala,garam masala ,salt (remember bread has salt too so add accordingly) mix well.
👉Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.Remove the masala from the fire.set aside.
👉Now lightly toast both sides of bread by applying little ghee on it.
👉Keep required amount of the masala on top of the bread serve immediately.
