Mango Kulfi

Mango Kulfi

mango kulfi

Mango Kulfi is a delightful fusion of India’s favourite frozen dessert with the tropical goodness of mangoes. Rich, creamy, and bursting with flavour, this traditional kulfi is made with thickened full fat milk, ripe mangoes, khoya and aromatic spices like cardamom. Perfect for summer evenings or festive occasions, Mango Kulfi is easy to prepare and captures the essence of mango season in every bite.

Unlike regular ice cream, kulfi is denser and creamier, thanks to the slow cooking process that reduces milk to a thick consistency. In Mango Kulfi, the addition of fresh mango pulp elevates the flavor profile, infusing the dessert with a natural sweetness and vibrant color. A hint of cardamom adds a traditional Indian touch, while chopped pistachios or almonds provide a delightful crunch.

This kulfi recipe doesn’t require an ice cream machine—pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups, freeze it, and you’re good to go. The end result is a decadent treat that melts in your mouth, leaving behind the irresistible taste of mangoes and cream. Mango Kulfi is a must-try dessert during festivals like Holi, Diwali, or Eid, and it’s equally enjoyable as an everyday indulgence in the summer.
