Murungakai Rasam, also known as drumstick rasam, is a classic and highly nutritious South Indian rasam variety. This dish is prepared using tender drumstick pieces or their pulp, along with a blend of aromatic spices. Its rich and earthy flavor, combined with the health benefits of drumsticks, makes it a popular choice in many South Indian households.
