Ingredients
Drumstick-1 no chopped to finger length pieces.
Tamarind extract-from small lemon sized tamarind
Rasam powder-2 tsps
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Red chillies-1

Asafoetida-a pinch
Salt to taste
Curry leaves and coriander leaves few
Oil/ghee-1 tsp
Method
👉Soak the tamarind in 1 cup of water, extract the juice and discard the pulp.
👉Heat oil/ghee in a kadai add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,red chillies,curry leaves,asafoetida and allow it to splutter.
👉Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
