Ingredients

Potato-2 nos chopped to finger length pieces
Onions-2 nos chopped length wise
Honey-1 tbsp
Maida-1/2 cup
Cornflour-2 tbsps
Oil for deep frying
Salt-to taste
Sesame seeds (white)-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves few.

Grind Together-

Ginger-1 inch piece
Garlic-8-10 cloves
Red chillies-10 nos

Method

👉Parboil the chopped potatoes until its half cooked.Drain the water set aside.
👉In a bowl make thick batter of maida and cornflour with little salt and dip the potatoes and deep fry them till they are light golden brown colour set aside.


👉Simultaneously in a kadai heat oil saute the onions till they are cooked then add the ground paste and fry for few minutes until raw smell goes.
👉Add the deep-fried potatoes to it and toss well ,add required salt.


👉Immediately off the stove and add the honey mix well .
👉Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves,serve immediately.


Preparation time-20 mins
Serves-4

Note

✍️You have to serve it immediately otherwise it will become soggy and won't taste that good.
