Ingredients


Foxnuts (Makhana )-1 cup
Curd -1 &1/2 cups 
Green chilies-1 no
Red chilli powder-1/8 tsp
Pepper powder -1/8 tsp
Roasted cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Chat masala -1/4-1/2 tsp or as required 
Black salt-1/4 tsp or as required 
Salt-to taste
Sugar-1 tsp
Coriander leaves-few

Method 

👉Dry roast the lotus seeds or makhana in medium heat for 5 minutes or until crisp.


👉In a bowl add curd whisk it lightly, to this add  salt, sugar, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt , green chilies and coriander leaves, mix well.





👉Finally add the roasted makhana and mix everything in well combined.


👉Sprinkle little red chilli powder, chaat masala and coriander leaves on top and serve immediately.
