Ingredients 

Raw mango (any variety)-1 no (peel and chop)
Fenugreek-1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-1 tbsp 
Red chillies-8 -10 nos (add according to taste preference and sourness of mango)
Turmeric powder-1/8 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp 
Urad dal -1/2 tsp 
Bengal gram dal -1/2 tsp 
Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Garlic -2-3 nos crushed along with skin
Red chilli-1 no
Curry leaves-few
Oil- 2 tsps

Method 

👉Wash peel and cut the raw mango randomly .


👉Heat a tsp of oil in a pan add fenugreek, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chillies and sauté well until golden brown colour, cool and powder coarsely.


👉To this add chopped raw mango, required salt1/8 tsp of turmeric powder, little water and grind to smooth paste.


👉Heat oil in a tadka pan add mustard seeds, urad dal, Chana dal, cumin seeds, red chilli, curry leaves crushed garlic cloves and asafoetida and saute well , add this tempering to the raw mango pachadi, mix well and serve.
