Ingredients
Coriander seeds: 2 tbsps
Dried ginger: 1 piece
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Cardamom: 2–3 pods
Jaggery or palm sugar: 1–2 tsp
Water: 2 cups

Method
👉Dry roast all the ingredients (except palm sugar) until aromatic and light golden brown colour , cool and powder finely .Sukku malli powder is ready .
👉Boil 2 cups of water, add in 2-3 teaspoons of Sukku malli powder or as required, add palm sugar or jaggery mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
👉Strain and serve hot .
