Ingredients

Veppam Poo(Neem Flower buds)-2 Tbsps 

Thin Tamarind extract -1/2 cup 

Jaggery-2-3 Tbsps 

Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp 

Pepper powder-1/4 tsp 

Salt to taste

Green chillies-1 no chopped fine 

Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp 

Ghee-1-2 tsps

Method

👉Heat ghee in a pan add mustard seeds, green chillies allow it to splutter.


👉Add washed neem flower buds and sauté well for 2 mins.



👉Pour the thin tamarind extract add turmeric powder and salt and pepper powder mix well and it to boil until raw smell goes .








👉Add jaggery and mix well and continue to boil for 2-4 mins until the mixture thickens.





👉Switch off the gas and transfer to dry cup.
