Beans potato ginger masala is a delicious, healthy and easy-to-cook gravy made by pressure cook method.
This is my mom's recipe and is one of my personal favorites.It's spicy and super tasty and goes well with rice, chappati, poori,and dosa. Check out how to make this delicious beans potato ginger masala recipe below.

Ingredients

Bush beans-1 /4 kg chopped
Potatoes-2- 3 nos chopped along with skin
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Coriander leaves and curry leaves a few
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tsps

Grind together-

Onions- 2 nos
Ginger-1 inch piece
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp

Method

1. Grind the ingredients given for grinding to a fine paste and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin seeds, and curry leaves and allow it to splutter.
 3. Add potatoes and beans followed by the ground paste , salt and a little water just enough to cover the potatoes and beans.

4. Cook for 3 whistles. After releasing the pressure allow the masala to thicken to the desired consistency. Garnish.

 5.Serveh with rice,chappatis,poori,dosa etc.


Serves-4
Preparation time-20 mins.


Note-
Using the same masala you try any vegetables of your choice.
You can adjust the consistency of the masala according to your needs,you can have it as dry masala,semi gravy or as gravy.
